Kozy Kids Returns Policy
If you wish to return any items for refund you can email info@kozykids.ie
We use An Post as our service provider. Postage times are approximately 2-3 days for Ireland, UK will take longer.
Please note we have a 14 day return policy. All items must be unused, free from any household odour (for example washing powder) and in original packaging.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to check items before use. This including washing prior to wear. Any item found to be flawed or damaged after use or washing will not be exchanged or refunded.
All items have been quality checked by our manufacturer and by ourselves on packing.
Please track your item and include a note with your order details and request for refund or exchange if required.
Please do not visit our premises to return an item
Please note refunds will take up to 5 working days to process. Postage costs are not refunded.
